Description
A sweet little Edwardian decoupage Friendship Box with bluebells around a message which reads:
In friendship let me send this gift,
To show my best endeavour
To prove that friendship can be firm
Tho’ distance may us sever
The box measures 8.5cm x 6cm x 4.5 cm (or 3.25″ x 2.25″ x 1.75″) and is in good condition with the original decorative hinges.
The decoupage top has a little damage/wear with a tiny piece of white paper showing at the top and a few scuff marks at the bottom of the picture – to be expected with an item this age.
