Circa 1920-1940, it is rare to find a pair of matching glass lampshade in such good condition and they measure approximately 16cm in height and 15cm wide at the bottom.
These have images of birds around the bottom and a black criss cross pattern from the top to the bottom on each of the eight sides.
They are in very good condition and we have a much larger single shade with the same design on sale on Selling Antiques.co.uk which was once used for a gas light.
This type of shade was always made for electricity as the top is standard size for UK light fittings. One shade is slightly ’rounder’ at the top than the other but this can only be seen when they are side by side.
Postage and packing within the UK mainland only is included in the price and for remote parts of the UK or abroad, please contact us for a delivery quote.
